A 37-year-old patient was diagnosed with a huge aneurysm on the left ICA. Due to the risky position a therapeutical occlusion in the left ICA was accomplished with Penumbra POD400 and PAC400 coils. Firstly a POD5 was used in order to make an anchor, filled with PAC60, 15 and 7 cm coils. The result was excellent and effective.
