PulseCath iVAC 2L LVAD device demonstrates significant potential in supporting left ventricular outflow volume during various interventional procedures. By reducing the oxygen demand on the left ventricle through the use of a mechanical valve operating in sync with cardiac cycles, the device aids in achieving hemodynamic stability in patients. This device is routinely utilized as a first-line circulatory support system in patients with an ejection fraction (EF) below 35%. Additionally, it has proven effectiveness in patients with severe cardiac conditions, such as chronic total occlusion (CTO), lesions in the left anterior descending artery (LAD), or distal diagonal branches. Kudos to Dr. Zoltán RUZSA and Team for their outstanding work!
