By utilizing the perfect coaxial alignment of an SE valve like the Acurate Neo 2, the hemodynamic outcomes can be significantly improved. With no paravalvular leak (PVL) and an average gradient of only 4 mmHg, the long-term management of a TAVR patient can be optimized. Boston Scientific Acurate Neo 2 boasts the lowest pacemaker (PM) implantation rate among all SE valves, and thanks to the commissural alignment feature, any subsequent PCI intervention can be routinely performed with greater ease.
