In high-risk PCI, maintaining patient’s hemodinamic stability is critical. The PulseCath iVAC 2L MCS device makes this possible by delivering a pulsatile flow that mimics natural physiological conditions. Its mechanical valve not only supports hemodynamic stability but also reduces the oxygen demand of the left ventricle, which is especially beneficial in complex cases. Recently, it proved to be essential for a challenging procedure involving three-vessel disease with LAD CTO, Cx, and RCA lesions.
